  • How long does it take for my order to be made and shipped?
    We ask you to allow four business days to complete your order and get it on its way to you via Australia Post, however some orders are able to be completed faster than this. You'll get an email with your tracking details once your order is on its way.
  • I need my order asap! Can I get it fast tracked?
    Yes, we do offer fast tracking for urgent orders, for an additional fee. If you need your order fast tracked, please contact us via any of our contact methods and we will be happy to help!
  • Can I customise a candle to the colours or design I like?
    Yes. We are working on adding a Custom section to the website, and when it is complete you will have the ability to choose everything about your candle. However until this is completed around April 2022, we are offering a Customised Colour choice, so that you can choose from most of our existing candles and choose your own colours for it to be made in. Please contact us if you would like to Customise your own candle colours.
  • I sent a message via the chat feature but nobody responded. Why not?
    Our chat feature is automated to greet you when you visit our site. If we are not online right then, your messages are sent to us as an email. Unfortunately this can mean a slight delay since the email is sent more slowly. But rest assured, we WILL respond to you as quickly as possible.
  • Do you ship overseas?
    Yes! We are happy to ship overseas. We do individual price quotes for overseas orders so that you dont pay extreme shipping prices. Please contact us if you would like to order and you need a shipping quote. Please Note ~ Shipping is already set for USA and Canada so residents may checkout without needing a postage quote.
